How to steep

  • 90°c - 95°c water (very hot but almost boiling)
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons for every 240ml (1 cup)
  • 1 - 2 min = often too light tasting
  • 2 - 3 min = ideal taste
  • 3+ min = often too bitter

For a rare tea it’s cheaper here and still taste good if not better than other brands.
